Come and join in on a workshop with the current British Isles
Professional Champion and UKPPC Professional Champion Daniel Rosen. Daniel is
an experienced professional pole performer with a vast number of titles to his
name. Here are a couple of Dan's performances for you to watch...
At
this workshop, there will be two levels of classes.
Intermediate £35 per
person (1.5 HOURS)
12.30 - 2.00 pm
In this workshop Dan will be working on spins and beginner/intermediate
tricks. The aim of the class will be to give you the confidence to move in and out
of moves effortlessly. (Because there is no point doing a trick if it’s not
gorgeous right?) He will be showing you techniques to increase your strength
and flexibility so that you are ready for the advanced moves which you will be
aiming to achieve in the future. Dan specialises in moves which not only
look great, but moves which are ACHIEVABLE. Don't miss out on this opportunity
to learn some new and interesting tricks.
Intermediate/Advanced £35 (1.5 HOURS)
2.30 - 4.00 pm
In this workshop Dan will be showing you some of his signature tricks
like the Jade Drop/Cocoon/Starfish to moves like Handsprings and advanced
combinations and many more. Not only does Dan enjoy strength moves, he also has
lots of flexibility and is able to show you the techniques you need to create
these beautiful shapes on the pole. Be prepared to get some gorgeous pole
kisses (bruises) in this class as Dan will be showing us some moves which will
put our limits to the test. This class will include static and spinning pole
moves. Dan is a big fan of spinning pole and has some great spinning pole
tricks up his sleeve ready for us. This is a class not to be missed!
If you want to do both you can get this at a special rate of £60.
Are you hardcore enough?
Dan is an excellent instructor with a great sense of humour and fun, so
every workshop with him is as enjoyable as it is informative. Dan's aim is to
leave us with as many moves as possible and the techniques you need to perfect
them when you are at pole with us during the week.
